1) Project Brief

We start by understanding your product goals—type, texture, fragrance preference, target market, packaging format, and timeline. This becomes the foundation for development and production.

2) R&D and Sample Development

Our formulation team develops or refines the formula to match your desired performance and sensorial feel. We provide samples for evaluation and adjust based on your feedback.

Output: lab samples, updated specs, final formula approval.

3) Ingredient and Packaging Preparation

We confirm raw materials and packaging components based on your requirements and production plan, ensuring suitability for the formula and filling process.

4) Incoming Inspection

Before production begins, materials and packaging are checked against defined requirements to support batch-to-batch consistency.

5) Manufacturing (Mixing and Processing)

Production follows controlled batch procedures. Key parameters—such as processing order, mixing time, and temperature—are monitored to ensure a stable and uniform bulk.

6) In-Process Quality Checks

During manufacturing, we perform checks to confirm the product stays within target ranges and is ready for filling.

7) Filling and Packaging

The finished bulk is filled into final containers under controlled conditions. We verify fill volume/weight, closure integrity, and overall appearance.

8) Labeling and Final Assembly

Approved artwork is applied to packaging, and secondary packaging (boxes, inserts, shrink wrap, etc.) is completed according to packing instructions.

9) Final Quality Review and Release

Each batch is reviewed to confirm it meets agreed specifications and documentation requirements before it is released for shipment.

10) Warehousing and Shipping

Finished goods are stored and shipped with care to protect product integrity. We support organized palletization, export-ready documentation, and delivery coordination.

Built for Consistency

We maintain clear documentation and batch traceability throughout the process—supporting smoother reorders and dependable long-term production.
