Who do you typically work with?
We work with a wide range of clients, including brand owners, beauty distributors, salons, and online retailers. Due to confidentiality agreements, specific client names cannot be disclosed.
What types of products can you manufacture?
Eyvino offers a comprehensive and flexible product range across multiple categories, including skincare, hair care, body care, sun care, baby care, men’s grooming, and other personal care products. Our assortment is designed to support your brand’s growth at every stage, allowing you to expand your product line without the need to manage multiple suppliers. We aim to be your long-term manufacturing partner as your brand evolves.
Can I order only the formulation without filling or packaging?
No. Bulk orders for formulation-only delivery are not supported. To ensure product stability and quality, Eyvino supplies formulations only as part of a filled and packaged product. If you plan to use your own packaging, please consult with us in advance.
If I have my own formula, can Eyvino manufacture it?
Yes. Eyvino can manufacture customer-owned formulas, subject to feasibility evaluation and confirmation that you hold the rights to the formula. Please contact us to discuss technical requirements and next steps.
Can Eyvino manufacture the product using my own packaging?
Yes. Eyvino can manufacture and fill products using customer-provided packaging, provided the containers are compatible with the formulation and our filling equipment. A packaging compatibility assessment may be required prior to production.

Where do you ship to?
Eyvino ships to most countries worldwide. For destinations with special import requirements or remote locations, shipping options can be confirmed in advance.
What shipping terms do you offer?
Eyvino supports standard international shipping terms, including EXW, FOB, and CIF. Specific terms can be arranged based on your order and logistics preference.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping terms and the final shipment details. The exact cost can be confirmed after production is completed and the final weight and dimensions are determined.
What certifications and quality standards do you adhere to?
We follow strict quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. Our production partners operate in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and relevant ISO standards. Products are developed to meet applicable regulatory requirements, and we can assist in preparing documentation to support certification and compliance for your target market.

Do you help with packaging design?
Yes. We understand that packaging plays a key role in how your brand is perceived. Eyvino supports packaging design for both primary and secondary packaging, helping your products communicate quality, positioning, and brand identity. Our goal is to ensure your packaging aligns with your product concept and stands out on the shelf, enhancing overall brand value and market appeal.
Can you support clinical testing for marketing claims?
Yes. We can assist in coordinating third-party clinical or efficacy testing through qualified independent institutions, based on your market and claim requirements. Testing services are optional and subject to additional costs.
What are your payment terms and conditions?
We first confirm your project requirements through consultation.
For private label products, sample requests can be provided free of charge after requirements are confirmed.
For custom formulation projects, sample availability depends on the product type and development complexity. Some projects may qualify for free sampling, while others require a sample deposit before development begins. If a formal production order is confirmed, this deposit can be credited toward the final order payment.
This payment structure ensures clear project milestones and smooth collaboration for both parties.
